We are still offering contracts for the 2016-17 school year and have already started issuing early contract offers for the 2017-18 school year. Take a minute and introduce yourself, if you haven’t already. 2016-17 Application Deadlines
September – February New Hires
Regular: December 31, 2016
Late: January 31st, 2017
February 28, 2016, is the last day for principals to recommend new teachers/related services employees for hire for the 2016-17 school year.
2017-18 Application Deadlines
Early Offer: December 31, 2016
Priority: March 20, 2017
Regular: May 31, 2016
Late: June 30, 2016
Have you heard about our hiring incentive?
New teachers meeting certain criteria and who are teaching on or before August 29, 2016 will receive a hiring incentive of up to $5,000 (THANKS to our Legislators for creating SB511!). Those who start teaching after August 29, 2016 will earn a pro-rated amount. For more details, please click HERE.
We are actively searching for high-quality teachers/specialists to be the difference for our students. While we are accepting applications for all positions, the following positions are designated as high-need areas:
- Elementary, grades K-5
- Secondary English, mathematics, and science, grades 6-12
- Special education, grades K-12
- Specialists/Related Services (Occupational/Physical Therapists, Speech/Language Pathologists, School Nurses, School Psychologists, Social Workers)

“References have to be administrative supervisors, not colleagues (a.k.a department/grade level chairs, lead teachers, etc.). We know your colleagues like you, but who signs your evaluation?”
