Writing, Submitting, and Viewing Your Annual PGP or Opt-Out Using CCSD ELMS

Once you have completed your PGP, you may view your completed PGP in the ELMS with the following click-steps: Self icon (top left of the screen) > Performance > My Assessments. Then select the down triangle next to View to select View Form. These directions are demonstrated in the last part of the PGP submission video below.
